No, you would not be required to pay a security deposit if you sign your lease with a guarantor. A security deposit is only required if you choose to sign a lease without a guarantor. 

The clubhouse amenities are available 24/7. 

If you have a vehicle, you may add parking to your lease for a small monthly fee, and you will be issued a parking pass. Resident parking is not assigned to specific spots. We also offer free guest parking passes, which are available in the leasing office. 

Yes, you are able to pay in whatever increments you choose, whether that is monthly payments, by semester or paying the full lease amount all at once.

Since all leases at Honeysuckle are individual, if one of your roommates chooses to move out, your rent installments will not change

Yes, all utilities are included in your rent. Parking is the only optional add on.  

Applicants who have preferred roommates can confirm their roommate requests by adding the preferred roommates names to the Roommate Matching Card during the application process. If they do not have a preferred roommate, the leasing staff will use additional information from the Roommate Matching Card to find the best fit. Roommate requests are fulfilled in application date order. To provide sufficient time and the greatest opportunity for residents to be placed with their preferred roommates, they should apply and sign a lease as early as possible
